Hi, I'm Joe and I'll be your teacher.

What brought me to yoga was life. With work, relationships and co-parenting, I needed a tool to manage the way I worked through my personal journey.  When I was searching for an outlet, I remembered that my dad had taught me about mudras growing up. I was too young to appreciate it at the time but I decided to investigate further.

Researching Mudras deepened my understanding of meditation and helped me begin to discover my practice. It helped me connect with and heal my inner child. The physical practice of yoga helped me further my ability to stay in meditation longer and release any stored stress and tension.

We live such fast-paced, demanding lives. We deserve peace. YOU deserve peace and I've learnt from my personal experience that yoga and meditation can help you get there.

QUALIFICATIONS

CLASSES 

Hatha Flow - Warrior Yoga 

Hatha flow Warrior yoga is a slow power yoga flow that consists of a sequence of Asanas (yoga postures) at a slow and gradual pace suitable for all levels. The flows are built up from modified Sun Salutations sometimes holding Asanas for 3 to 6 breaths gradually working towards longer holds but flowing from one Asana to the next. Hatha Yoga describes many types of yoga forms and is the underlying structure of all yoga styles in the West.

Where can I find you?

Bath House, Hackney Wick Monday evenings 7:30-8:30pm

Tula Balance, Orpington Wednesday evening 8pm - 9pm

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Signing up in advance is advisable to secure your place and we are unable to take payment on location. You can sign up by heading to our bookings section.

What's your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a class, I can move your booking to a future session. If you cancel within an hour of the class without notifying me, the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel in advance I am happy to provide you with a full refund.

What happens if I'm running late?

Please send me a text if you are running late, we won't be able to admit you if you are 15 minutes or more late. If you miss the class altogether, we can transfer your fee to a future session. This can only be done once.

What should I wear?

Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement nor cause you to trip and fall during the session. 

What should I bring?

Please make sure you bring your mat with you and a bottle of water.
